At the beginning of the course, you will choose one area of your life to work with for the full six weeks.
This could be:
- A relationship
- Burnout or over-giving
- A life transition
- A recurring emotional pattern
- A leadership or identity shift
- A health or energy issue
By working with one focused intention, you’ll learn a process you can apply again and again.
